Success is important

✨ Success is important. But how do you feel when nobody is watching?

We spend so much of our lives chasing money, status, achievements, and validation from others.

We want to grow in our careers, build something meaningful, and make our families proud. And there’s nothing wrong with that.

But somewhere along the way, we sometimes forget to take care of ourselves.

You can have a successful career and still feel stressed.
You can be surrounded by people and still feel lonely.
You can achieve your goals and still feel that something is missing.

That’s why psychological well-being matters. 🀍

As someone researching psychological well-being in public health, I believe we need to look beyond what success looks like from the outside.

How we feel, how we handle stress, how we connect with others, and how satisfied we are with our lives matter too.

Success shouldn’t mean sacrificing your peace just to prove your worth to others.

Keep growing. Keep learning. Chase your dreams.

But don’t forget the person you are becoming along the way.

Because a good life isn’t just about achieving more. It’s also about feeling well while living it. 🌿

πŸ’¬ One question: If you had to choose, what matters more to you today — professional success, mental peace, or a balance of both?

I’d love to hear your thoughts.
